US Rep Jeff Duncan defends comparison of illegal immigration to house that lets in 'vagrant'

U.S. Rep. Jeff Duncan is defending his remarks comparing the country's illegal Immigration issues to a house without a door that allows "any kind of vagrant or animal" to come in.

A spokesman for the South Carolina Republican said Wednesday that Duncan was simply likening the importance of border security to protecting one's home.

I read the article and Mr. Duncan mentioned a specific group, not everyone. Look up the word and it's meaning. I would say that it's very appropriate to call them what they are. If they were back in their homelands, maybe the definition would change, but since they are here illegally and living off of the American taxpayer, then parasites is also very fitting.
