The Fight Before Christmas

A while back, prominent members of New York's Jewish community organized a strike against Christmas exercises in the city's public schools.

Christmas has become a holiday FOR JEWS ONLY who like to make money. They own most of the retail, jewelry (precious gems) and most other profitable businesses. If if were not for money, our secular, powerful, liberal Jews who own the majority of the media would have SUCCESSFULLY Banned Christmas a long time ago -- they secretly hate the Christians, but IN THIS DAY AND AGE, they make too much money off the Christians to admit their hate. Back in "older" days, Christmas was not as commercialized and the money taken in by Jews was much less. Unlike the Christians, most Jews are very shrewd, selfish and really love money. This fact is NO SECRET to anyone who has any discernment and intelligence. I do NOT hate the Jews -- but I strongly believe that their values are misplaced. I have some Jewish friends who openly admit this about their own people and they know exactly how I feel as well. I can be friends with ANYBODY who IS HONEST about who they are even if I don't agree with them or even if they are greedy. I just don't like people who are one way, but hide it and pretend to the world that they are someone they are really not just to profit off of, look good, or to protect their image -- that is what the Jews do and that's a rather repulsive way to be!! They have a history of doing this to many societies throughout the centuries in history. The Muslims bring America down publicly and the Jews do it secretly because they are sneaky.

Of course the article conveniently leaves out much of the history of what happened in December of 1906 prior to the boycott and what the Jewish community actually requested. The Jewish community did not initially ask that the schools "to bar school-based festivities that had in the past included such elements as religious hymns, pictures of the Madonna, holly, mistletoe, and Christmas trees." What they asked is that the school teachers not proselytize to the Jewish children during any season. What sparked the debate was in 1905 at Public School 144 in Brownsville, Brooklyn, principal Fred. F. Harding told an assembly of children words very much like the following: "Now, boys and girls, at this time of the year especially, I want you all to have the feeling of Christ in you. Have more pleasure in giving than in taking; be like Christ." Augusta Herman, a 13-year-old student otherwise lost to history, boldly requested permission to speak. She asked Harding whether he "did not think such teaching more appropriate in a Sunday school or a church?" Harding replied, "Christ loves all but the hypocrites and the hypocrites are those who do not believe in him."

If the School Board would have admonished the principal as requested, the matter would not have escalated to the point of the boycott.

If you read my response to your post, after reading it, is it still your opinion that I am anti-semetic or have I just been naive and thereby "lead-astray" from truth from these websites. Either I'm correct in my thinking or I'm incorrect, misguided and naive for believing it. I am still truly interested in obtaining facts to prove these anti-Jewish websites wrong -- at least on some issues. I have a real interest in seeking truth so I can try to better understand what is really going on in this crazy world we are living in right now.
