Wee need a couple of empty crude-oil supertankers with large pumps and centrifuges temporarily installed on the deck. Suck up the oil plumes as much as possible and separate the water with centrifuges. store the separated oil in the tankers and treat the water discharge with dispersants before dumping back into the ocean.
