Mayor Boles doesn't like the sun shining on HIS birthday celebration in 2015. Spain functions in the dark. They have no sunshine laws.
City taxes increased during the 2009-2010 budget process. The meetings about the 450th are a set up for the city commission to justify spending more taxes for a birthday party. City taxpayers please pay attention to the propaganda and vote these politicians out of office in 2010.
