I heard that Canines can smell lung cancer on your breath, based on a Germany study that published in the latest European Respiratory Journal. Dog noses show greater accuracy than CT scans. Amazing isn't it? The markers for lung cancer have been detected, it seems. This discovery can help a lot of people especially the ones with cancer or have the risk to have one. And do you remember the cat at the nursing home who could tell when a patient was about to die and would curl up with them?
Did you know that hospitals still use leeches to remove dead flesh from patients?
