Voting is a right and the states MUST allow for voting for it is our right as Americans. They are perfectly welcomed to do it in a way that is cost effected (this should of been the case at the beginning)but to "cut or forgo" an election is out of the question. Our Constitutional rights take prescience over illegals and welfare....

listen up bureaucrats, follow the laws of the land or you will be removed by whatever force necessary....
