Many residents using Foothills transit services
From July 2009 to March, 77,000 people have utilized the Kentucky River Foothills Transit Service, which serves Madison and Clark counties, said David Sowder, Kentucky River Foothills transportation director.

What I want to know is why there are no bus stops off of exit 90? There are a lot of apartment communities that need this service. Right now as it is it costs extra to have the transit service pick up a rider in that area. Does anyone know how to go about getting this changed?
