Home sales, prices drop in Midwest
Existing home sales in the Midwest tumbled 17 percent last month from July 2007, while the median price in the region inched up to more than $175,000, the National Association of Realtors said Monday.

Of course things change in the midwest. Why just last week I moved the location of my outhouse to a new spot. You know, a little further away from the house. I will move it back closer again before the winter sets in. I hate to walk too far in sub zero weather to use it.

I am in the midwest.
I was pleasantly surprised to find it wasn't all cowboys and Indians that I had once envisioned.
It truly is a well kept secret here.
MN is not the "midwest", it is the desolate north.
I lived in N Michigan for years.
Worst years of my life.
