Howe, 48, of Allegan, was killed Thursday night in a head-on crash along M-43 near Fish Hatchery Road in Van Buren County.

I know we never saw eye to eye on alot of things,but you were good for my brother.I wish things could have been better.I will always miss you!!Tiffany if you see this I would love to talk to you..
