If the United States wants to develop a comprehensive energy policy must include coal which is our largest natural resource.
A true energy policy would recognize that there is no such thing as true energy independence from imported oil. While we must reduce our reliance on both imported and domestic oil, we must develop the technology of solar and wind, as well as nuclear and coal.

The "Chief" forgot to mention how the CSX TE&Y crews are under "attack" from mangers out to fire them and and Timekeeping officials who screw TE&Y employees out of legit time slips.
