If you can, get yourself off the meds.

LIfe is not perfect, things happen, slow down, appreciate what you have.

Meds don't change the problems...they numb you, and you accept it.

Time to be who you are, not the zombie the meds are making you into.

Be yourself, and deal with things slowly.

you bet...getting drunk to deal with some crisis is actually better than most psych drugs---which can cause some people to be suicidal, when they weren't before taking the psych meds!

it's one big con job, with lots of patients getting their meds FREE...though, of course, the meds companies get reimbursed from the govt.

and the politically correct word for nut cases is "consumer"...consume r of what?----the psych meds companies, of course!

These drugs are directly related to the violence in our society today. Numbed to reality and miss one dose, recipe for rampage.

I've been on Effexor from http://goo.gl/LXY9gr only one week but am cautiously very optimistic. Prior to this I was on citalopram but still feeling very low and sleeping poorly, feeling like I needed to be in bed 12-16 hours a day. Now I am waking naturally after only 8 hours sleep and finding it much easier to concentrate at work. I can hardly believe it is working so quickly but I feel so much better. I've had no side effects.
