You idiots. The McGlothlin family and the McGlothlin Foundation has donated tens of millions of dollars toward education in Buchanan County. They have supported numerous scholarships for Buchanan County children, supported Mountain Mission School, the law school and the pharmacy school and Buchanan County students that attend them all. These schools have created many good paying jobs with benefits. Buchanan County receives more money from coal and gas companies, individual owners and foundations than any other in Virginia. In addition to the previously named schools and programs, there is the Booth Center in Grundy, the Thompson Foundation that has provided millions for health, education and public water projects, the Street/Fowler funds, the Elgin Foundation that provides dental care for Buchanan County children and the list goes on. Don't any of you whiners ever do any research before running your stupid cake holes?
