I've got a family across the street with kids, grand-kids and whoever else and 8 cars in the driveway, on the lawn and street every night and people going in and out all hours of the day and night. The house and lawn both look like cr*p.
And two doors away a lady rents to students (she lives there too) and the house is immaculate. There's also a group home 1 block away.
I guess the Williamsburg law would permit the worse neighbor I have and do away with the best.
Being related has no bearing to being a good neighbor.
