If a person pleads the insanity defense and the case is dropped....You would think.....that defense (she had charges dropped due to her insanity) would be enough in itself to stand up to the fact she is unstable!!!! Mentally unfit to purchase a weapon of any kind. Sled needs to get together with either probate courts, mental health records, and their own solicitors and start documenting this mental health information to the NCIC system and store it for the public's protection. Not to mention law enforcement's safety in dealing with mentally ill persons. Mentally ill is not an excuse for killing school kids. She needed help and her own parents refused to believe she had problems. It is a national problem and sometimes parents refuse to see how dangerous their children are to themselves and others. I guess the old apple did not fall far from the tree.
