And things are looking up.. Turk is employed and works 4 days a week and now 5 .. Running utilities to homes (new homes?).... Funny I go on to Zillow.com and see so many bank owned, pre-foreclosures, bank hot properties for sale along with other homes for sale ..
Can some one tell me (Turk included) Who's buying?

Despite some gains in momentum and growing optimism, many businesses will remain cautious in their hiring in 2011, said Brad Dean, president and chief executive of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. If gas prices continue to rise or insurance costs skyrocket, growth might be affected, he said.
Current rate of unemployment is 13%..
1 in 10.... at peak...With one in 10 people out of work even in peak tourist season, a year of slow job gains has not gotten the Grand Strand far. But with a second year of slow gains likely to come, job seekers may start to notice a difference, an economist said.

Keep smoking the funny stuff... The Trash Bikers as Turk and Big Turd call them didn't have anything to do with the economic misfortunes of MB... But the boycott sure did add to it... LOL.. Yes the world economy is in turmoil but you can thank the Mayor and Tom Rice for the added down turn in MB.. Two guys with such bright vision they're blind to what's going on and they have followers like Turk, CSS and Big Turd....... BTW I thought the tourist season was spectacular during the 2010 summer.. Guess not....

I don't sell houses so I can't say whose buying them, but nearly all of the ones that my crews work at have been sold before they are built. Some are homes that are only used by the owners when they come here on vacation. they have no intention of living here full time.
