let me tell you a real story too.
My great grand father and all the town's male falk were butchered for refusing to convert to islam, while his son in law to be (my Grand father) was fighting in the Ottoman army, later to be awarded a medal by the TR. They were Protestants and were supposed to be spared from harm.
But, A Medal still can not hide the reality.

if this is not GENOCIDE nothing is.

I recommend you look at our Archives page for sourced documents. Also check Books and Research for books about this subject, many of them have sources.

In addition, read books by Armenian authors. Some Armenian historians like Ara Sarafian have some great documentation in the US archives.
