Right.

"'Just back away from me a little bit. I won't blow it in your face and I'll try not to be rude,' Seitter says. "At the same time, I think it's a little discriminatory for a practice that is considered legal.'"

I wonder if someone has told her taking a shit is not considered legal, or if she thinks she has a right to do that anywhere she wants outside a building and expect people to just back away from her a little bit? Oh, of course, that's IF she tries not to be rude about it.

I hope to god you see this.... If bimbo's like you are the future of this country, I am glad my life is well over half over. God help this country with the lack of brain power from idiots like you. Loud fire crackers and high powered boom boxes playing rap music about your mama are considered legal too. Just back away a few feet if you do not like them. IDIOT.

The main problem I had with them smoking in campus was that there wasn't a designated place for them and if it was raining, they were all standing in the doorway.

One of my problems was that, despite having designated places, the security personnel continued to permit smokers to smoke on the covered walkways right outside the doors to buildings when it rained, because they "didn't want to be the bad guys" telling them they had to smoke in the rain. Oh, that and the fact that the local law did not permit the school to have the smoking areas where they were anyway.

Yeah, in the city I live in now they had a smoking area. Everyone had to walk through it to get from their car to the building. I'm glad these laws are coming. I'm tired of being the one that has to make accommodations for someone else's nasty habits!
