Mother who left her baby in a van will not be charged

Hamilton County Prosecutor announces that he will not file charges against a mother who left her daughter in a van for eight hours.

Jodie Foster should be charged. Her daughter is dead and its the mother's fault. You can't change that verdict. That poor child would be alive today if her mother was paying attention. How could anyone not know their daughter is still in the car - you put her in the car - you should know she is in the car! I am appalled that the verdict came out as it did. May Jodie Foster carry this burden of guilt for the rest of her life. Her daughter will never know the glory of living.....
