...And you would have accepted them and obeyed the laws that protected slavery and internment.

And so would you. After all, you are a self-proclaimed constitutionalist and not only did the original constitution protect slavery half of the founder fathers were slave owners.
The Constitution never protected slavery and Internment. Seven piece of zshit justices claimed (like Soso) the constitution protected slavery.

And I would never own a slave (other than to set it free), nor would I ever tolerate the Internment of Americans (except I strongly believe all Nazi socialists like you should be rounded up, documented and interned for life at a gun free commune called Camp Utopia.)

Could it be you have failed to read the ammendments made since the original ten were written? Slavery was outlawed over a hundred years age, yet you seem to still support it.

Sorry Tory II, You are wrong.

Article IV, Section 2.3 No Person held to Service or Labour in one State, under the Laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in Consequence of any Law or Regulation therein, be discharged from such Service or Labour, but shall be delivered up on Claim of the Party to whom such Service or Labour may be due.

That establishes slavery as legal and protects slavers from their chattel escaping to free states.

Article I Section 2.3 Discusses their count for Representatives - 4/5th of a free person.

Slavery wss one of a very few black spots on the creation of an otherwise beautiful political experiment

I think you're just teasing me.

A law that is so immoral, so unconscienceable (slavery), it is clearly not enforceable, and even a Supreme court Justice SHOULD know that.

A "hit" contract ( a written agreement to assasinate a person ) is never enforceable in any court. And people (plaintiffs) with "dirty hands" can never use a court to seek dirty ends.

All that is why many of us here defend the 2nd amendment, regardless of what any person would say or law they would recall. We know, by our intuition or conscience, disarming people is immoral. Immoral laws are not enforceable.

No Tory, no test involved. In post #203 you wrote "The Constitution never protected slavery and Internment." I posted in response to that.

I agree, there is no way to justify and support slavery. Why Pimps are not tried as slavers is beyond my understanding. They are modern day slavers in the US. Slavery continues to exist in its old form all over the world including the Muslim nations. Another thing that is beyond my understanding is why black Americans join Islam and say that Christianity is the religion of slavery? Islam not only condones it, it tells its followers how to go about it and who (everyone) is fair game! I think that the Muslims missionaries are better at lying than other missionaries. Otherwise, why would blacks see Islam as their salvation?

What part of the Constitution protects slavery (laws that allow or protect it)?

I was wrong.

The fugitive slave clause (we are forever bribing others, to the detriment of important values).

Americans have never ended slavery. They continue to use govt to impose (by force) their values on others. African/Americans do it too.

The relationship between whore and pimp IS consensual, and does not constitute enslavement.
