College students say 1st Amendment rights are trampled as they seek to defend the 2nd

Colleges nationwide have unconstitutionally barred students from handing out literature, protesting and gathering in support of the right to carry weapons on campus, students and an advocacy group say.

If they take Federal money in the form of student loans, grants or research they cannot suspend the Constitution! Where's the ACLU? Clearly a matter of citizens rights.
