Sex, drugs more common in hyper-texting teens

Totally agreed, this is a clear case of correlation, not causation. Stupid studies like this, and their misinterpretation only serve to draw attention away from the disturbingly deep set issues really causing problems like substance abuse and unsafe sex: poverty, poor environment, and failing educational systems, just to name a few.

Kids who text often send nude pics! This gets them very excited, and causes them to become sexually active with each other.

I don't agree that just because teens are more "technically active" makes them more prone to do sexual activities. I would agree that a more "exposed" person to multiple experiences will be more comfortable to engaging in "taboo" activities.
