Either they can force Kagan to recuse herself in the Obamacare case or be prepared for millions of Americans to likely take the law into their own hands on a widespread scale that will rock the world.

Obamacare is the main reason why Obama will not serve a second term. Obviously, his lousy policies in general are killing job creation, along with Congresses unwillingness to curb spending, but Obamacare is the main reason why unemployment remains high. If the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Obamacare we will see a huge economic recovery. By the end of next year when Obama is no longer President and the Supreme Court overturns Obamacare we will all be able to breath a huge sigh of relief.
