Illegal immigration back door
The Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors Act that has sparked protest at Fresno State University is a dream to a minority and a nightmare to the majority.

Another debate on the Dream act this time from a legal residence views. In California tuition for out of state residence may go up, but for illegals the fee would be in state.

Why have out of state fees or international fees at all?
If a legal foreign student from an Islamic country goes out of status the school reports them to ICE immediately- but if you show up illegal that's ok?
This is only one of many back door piecemeal amnesties.
The humanitarian part of the bill will be used so the illegal alien parents who caused the problem and the rest of the relatives will not be deported.
There is no no enforcement- no one is going to check millions of illegals to make sure they graduated from high school.(Buy a degree dot com). My town has several "real" charter schools that have went under and their graduates can not get a copy of their diploma or transcript. The government had to call people out of retirement when Americans needed passports for travel to Canada and Mexico. There is nothing in place to verify a 2.1 million core dump of illegals. They don't intend to.
2.1 million illegals will be given 10 year work permits- at a time of record high unemployment.
Do you really think the government who currently gives a massive number of deportation waivers- of known illegals , is going to look for these people 10 years later and make sure they have completed 2 years of college or military?
How many of their own kids will they have by then, that they will use as their humanitarian reason to not be deported?
Stop this job killing bill

They have just found a group of children who were being held ransom in a house in Phoenix. The children, who had come here illegally WITHOUT parents ranged in the age of about 2-17.
Just like the "one time only" amnesty bill that Reagan signed, which subsequently caused our current problems because the illegal aliens want us to do it again, and are waiting for it, they are now sending their children over in hopes of benefitting from the Dream Act.
We see this one coming! The Dream Act has no end, just send your kids over forever, live in the shadows for a few years (freebies), and the rest is gravy. NOT
Illegal alien hispanics are of the opinion that they have the power to sway the American vote. What they don't realize is there are more of us than them...let's show'em. Our power hungry politicians need to realize who really put them in office, and who can get them out!

What the illegals have going for them is the support of corporate america and the way those businesses control congress thru bribery and blackmail.

A 'minority' is a 'minority' in a segment of a given population. Illegal aliens shouldn't be counted in the population of the USA because they are not even permitted to be on USA soil, let alone be counted as part of the USA.
Illegals are foreign nationals and are NOT a minority in their own, rightful countries. In the USA, they hold only criminal status as illegal aliens required to be deported from this country. They are not and never will be part of the USA, no matter what crooks in Washington choose to call them.

American Legion Urges Senate to Oppose DREAM Act
The American Legion sent a letter to the U.S. Senate urging them to oppose the DREAM Act Amnesty, saying the bill rewards crime. If the version already passed by the House is passed by the Senate, it would offer up to 2.1 million illegal aliens an amnesty by meeting educational or military requirements.
A resolution passed by the American Legion's national executive board stated: "That The American Legion opposes legislation that would result in the granting of amnesty and legal residency, in any form or by any name, to illegal immigrants currently in the United States."
"Some people mistakenly believe that the DREAM Act would encourage military service and the pursuit of college education," National Commander Jimmie L. Foster said. "Instead, it rewards illegal behavior. It says to those who are trying to legally enter our country, disregard the law and you will ultimately be rewarded. It might be called the DREAM Act, but it's really an amnesty nightmare."
The American Legion was 2.4 million wartime veterans in its membership. It's the nation's largest veteran service organization.
