Smarter than chief jones

Let's get rid of the Fontana police helicopter! The operation is way too expensive and is already proven to cost far more than Chief Jones told the city council. Shame on these pompous cops at Fontana. The rest of society is tightening their belts, and this police department is throwing millions at a ridiculous helicopter, and apparently soon to be another. Why does Fontana police need another helicopter? Get rid of these administrators who can't budget properly!
