Three officers injured. Most of us wish them the best.
Rather than demanding that the State Dem Party dictatorship stop shoveling most all of our resources into Union coffers at the direct expense of affordable College Education, the kids just rant aimlessly about the horrible out come rather the the ROOT CAUSE.
We can't blame the young people. We voted for the Union Operatives who pretend to be Democrats at election time in our City and State.
The Voters failed our children when we voted to do this to them. Or, worse, we failed our children when we didn't even bother to VOTE to Stop the Madness.

I think you are right. The kiddies view the 60s 70s revolutionaries *(now in power)* as authority figures. Because of their lack of experience and their naivety, they believe out-of-control free-spending 60s 70s era California politicians when they tell them they are acting in their interests. The sad part is that by the time they figure out what the self-serving 60s 70s revolutionary ruling class is doing to them it will be too late.
Just as during the revolution when they conned their parent's generation into "learning" from them - instead of kicking their butts - today the revolutionaries con "the children" in the same shameful manner, often using the very same practiced tricks.
Not satisfied to have destroyed the greatest economy the world has ever known by implementing their failed 60s era Utopean economic dreams, they now turn taxpayer subsidized students against the overburdened voting minority who are being forced to heavily subsidize their tuition and the costs associated with the expensivly bloated taxpayer funded revolutionary Government controlled California university system.
Last evening I watched a program being broadcast over the Government licensed electronic "news" media. Students and their overpaid and under worked university instructors were all ranting against the hard working overburdened taxpayer. The kiddies were all being agitated tocomplain that paying a token 9% more toward their taxpayer subsidized tuition would be hard for them. I wondered why the kiddies believe it is any easier for tapped out overtaxed California taxpayers who are paying most of that cost?

The Faculty, Admin, and Staff will gladly take a 20% pay cut to help the Students. After all, they aren't just Greedy Monsters just because they are Union. Are they?

Too bad for you kiddies. Your parents either voted for Jerry Brown or didn't vote to stop Jerry Brown.
Now you are so screwed.
Hope you enjoy your tuition increases as much as Brown's Union Masters enjoy the increases he gave them on their already highest compensation deals in American History....which is the entire REASON you kids are getting Screwed.
California children may as well be orphans for as little as anyone cares about them.

Well, what about the students...?
People criticise students who borrow as wanting a free handout. Oh, really?--> We are all paying back sometimes 2 to 5 times what we signed for originally. Its disgusting. We have paid things back, while other people (generally rich bankers and irresponsible business execs making millions) received bail outs and hand outs for being irresponsible. It's a joke.
I don't want a free handout ( re-read my shot 149-word petition if you doubt: http://wh.gov/jU8 )-- but there are such things as 'unjust laws,' and I am asking that my petition get signed so that my requests to change these unjust laws may get a fair hearing.
If my petition gets just 150 signatures before Dec.21, 2011(and it is already at 54), it gets permanently archived in The Whitehouse website like that dude with the Evolution petition -- if not, it gets deleted -- plz sign the sucker for me, k?
