Cal State Long Beach could potentially admit far fewer students in the spring, while Long Beach and other cities could lose a key redevelopment tool under the state budget that the Legislature approved late Tuesday.

This is no big deal. We voted for dramatically diminished opportunities for our own kids again last November. A College degree is wasted on California kids. The Leftists in the Legislature are working hard to chase all the jobs out of California.

No rational adult believes we sent the Lowenthals, and their ilk, to Sacramento to make anything BETTER for our children.

Grow UP people.
By now, everyone knows that
Unionizing Public Employees coupled with being a Sanctuary for millions of illegals was financial suicide for our State.

Because of the elderly 60s 70s era politically correct politicians and their agenda driven revolutionary pals who occupy the expensive corrupt taxpayer funded legal system, we kids who have the intellectual capacity to learn, and who are motivated to be schooled by the wastefully expensive taxpayer funded university system, were told to stand in line behind the people of color - including behind the kids of the taxpayer supported Thug community - and woman.

Without resorting to riot and disruptive 60s 70s era type riot and "civil" disobedience, we law abiding kids dutifully sought employment while waiting, in order to eat. Despite all the taxes we paid while peacefully waiting in line, we now are told we must wait in line behind Mexican nationals.

Perhaps the unruly 60s 70s crowd *(now in power)* were right after all. It seems it serves no good purpose to be prudent, God fearing, law abiding, and long suffering.

Luckily, non of the faculty or administrators will take any reduction in there incredibly generous compensation packages no matter how tragic the impact on the students. Remember, this is ONLY California so fairness to students or the non union families is not even a consideration.

Why is California the ONLY state to sign the Dream Act into Law?

The other 49 States don't vote for politicians who commit Treason against citizen families.

In Calif, Treason isn't against the Law. And, most of our Legislators are so sup par that betraying the public trust is what the Dem Party leaders say is the reason they ran for office in the first place.

In Calif., our Legislator sand our Governor are not expected to work for the best interests of citizen families.

Luckily, the Calif DREAM ACT assures that children of Illegal Aliens will have a far better chance of getting a college education in California than the children of what Sac Dems refer to as "the filthy citizen scum".

How's it going Jackson? I am trying to make sense of these budget cuts. It is bizarre that CA is cutting budgets so American students come in Cal State Long Beach in fewer numbers but then Brown signed that silly law where the illegals get our money. AB 131 will attract more people with their hands out and now the schools will have MORE people wanting to get in.

Dont' complain. Long Beach voters elected the Lowenthals who both voted to screw our OWN kids in service to the illegal alien agenda before Brown signed it into law. We voted for our own kids to be robbed of opportunity when we voted to support the CA Dem Party's anti citizen agenda.

Our political choices proved Long Beach citizens to be pitiful excuses for citizens and parents when we enabled the Cal Dems to take over Sacramento.

I'm fine thanks for asking. I hope U.S. citizen students will form a sit out or protest of some kind. This education system is failing us terribly. As bigger distractions go on outside this country it is leaving huge gaps from within and no one is paying attention to the distruction going on here. Thinking hard of leaving California.

The Dream Act isn't all bad. Now middle class families know that as our kids approach College age we can be pro active and do all possible to sell our homes so we can relocate to another State where our children will get a fair deal out of the elected officials.

At least now we know that Sac Dems screwed our own kids on behalf of their illegal alien agenda we can do something to save our kids from losing out.

Reportedly, it was the late Speaker of the House, "Liberal" Thomas "Tip" O'Neill who coined the phrase "All politics is local". This has been doubly so since the revolution.

Through the clever use of Orwellian NEWTHINK conditioning, revolutionary political, judicial, and expensive taxpayer funded failed Government academic leaders *(now in power)* have caused eyes to be focused on central Government as the object of all their woes. Such "new" thinking contradicts O'Neill.

Let us take the example of the shoveling of ever more hard earned taxpayer money down the bottomless California Government $$$ Big School $$$ rat hole. Let us take the example of the Cypress School District which - for the sake of argument we shall say - is typical of other school districts throughout the overtaxed State of California. According to one authority:

"Districts are funded from a combination of sources, all of which have been negatively impacted by the length and severity of the recession.*(note: "sources" is apparently used as a code-word to indicate the infusion of hard earned taxpayer money)*...

"During the 1970's the Cypress School District grew rapidly, and at its peak, had 8,000 students enrolled in 12 schools. Today, Cypress School District operates six schools serving 3,900 students. Enrollment is expected to decline over the next few years to approximately 3,700 students."

Has this shrinking enrollment resulted in taxpayer supported Government education officials joining with their hard working taxpaying benefactors in celebration of reduced costs that will serve to lower property taxes? Not at all. In fact, such developments cause Government school operatives to "worry" about how to hoodwink hard working taxpayers into being separated from even MORE of their hard earned money, including in the form of property taxes, while at the same time the worth of their humble homes continues to plunge.

I think that knowing there will be illegal aliens on school premisses, the INS should set up a command post at every entrance checking for citizenship and proof of legal entry to the U.S. Just because they were granted free education, doesn't mean they were granted the right to enter without a visa. All of this is the result of anchor babies, immagine how many more there are in California. We are doomed
