Latinos hope Jerry Brown signs bills on illegal immigrants, farmworkers

Latino leaders who went to bat for Jerry Brown in last year's campaign are now counting on the governor to help them pass bills supporting farmworkers and illegal immigrants.

Why doesn't California just make them all citizens of California and ask the Americans to leave? Looks like the direction they are headed.

If California wants to provide for illegals just don't ask the other states to bail you out because that's when all hell will break loose. I live in Texas, maybe our illegals will move to your state. One day, California will wake up and find out that they have nothing-no jobs, no companies, and no money.

I have not seen this bill, but generally speaking, when a liberal passes a bill, they sneak in some riders that open doors for later more wide-sweeping bills. 2 years ago farm employers were given 5000 more farm working visas, but only 5 were picked up by the farm employers, so this bill is smoke and mirrors for a larger agenda, for sure.

Sounds like a mezcan dream to me. That would happen if E-Verify and Real ID were not allowed to come into effect. Soon illegals will be deporting themselves and leaving the same way they came in. Chances are they might leave some anchor babies behind but that is something we live with FOR NOW!!!
