His honor Muliufi "Mufi" Hannemann, mayor of the City and County of Honolulu, recently told a group of administrative professionals and others during a luncheon at Brigham Young University-Hawaii how he bases the guiding principles and values he follows in leading one of the larger cities in the United States on his Latter-day Saint faith.

No doubt as part of his "leadership" role, he is biased against those who are openly gay.
