"'Ahmadinejad) believes Israel must be exterminated,' Wiesel said.'Why? Ahmadinejad wants to enter Muslim history or the history of Islam, as the only one who succeeded in destroying the Jewish religion and the people.'

"A goal not even achieved during the Middle Ages, he said, but a goal shared most recently in history by Adolf Hitler."

When it comes to Jews, they both share a similar theology.
