I was seriously going to add some information to foods,minerals and vitamins that are said to ward off breast cancer,was going to for the benifit of woman on here. Yet all I see are lug heads saying stupid stuff to the openning topic.So I will instead bow out.

Yes, cruciferous vegies are very good for you. We already knew that.

I just made 2 recipes with collards which were excellent, for those who think collards aren't tasty... STEAM them first, with some chopped onion, for an hour or so... then add them to the bacon or ground meat in the frying pan, with herbs, throw on some vinegar unless you're putting in tomato sauce to make it a "sloppy joe" sort of thing...

I just had the leftovers in an omelette... yum...
