Oh don't kid yourself, it's public pressure that causes the changes and nothing more. Business seems to be the last to change as the people manage to educate themselves. We finally got rid of moking sections in restaurants in most states becaue the people realized that a moking ection in a restaurant is like a peeing section in a swimming pool. Now we have to hold their feet to the fire and demand healthy food cooked in a healthy manner. Grilled not fried, veggies steamed and not to death, salad green not white, with no Accent MSG added.
