Spirit In The Sky
“be free indeed”

Hmmm - the lyrics says I've never sinned -- I have a friend in Jesus.
Well if Jesus is the Savior from sin, we have to be honest and says we have sinned in order to receive the salvation He offers.
That's a problem, not taking responsibility for our actions and blaming others and thinking our goodness can get us into Heaven.
No one can be "recommended to the spirit in the sky" (if you want to say it that way) without trusting in the full payment of sins already provided for you on the cross. It's an infinite price - that no human can pay, we don't have the power.
