This student is not worthy of a degree from Bluffton. Time for Harder and the dean to leave town. Shame

I've seen for myself students walking by this residents home. They are loud and it disturbs sleep for people close to that area.
I've witnessed students staggering, vomiting while walking back to the dorm, have seen beer cans, etc that have been thrown in peoples yards.
I even witnessed one urinating in a yard near by where this incident occurred.I never saw any police patrolling the area at those times. Not once.
In all the years I saw this happening, not once did I ever see the resident involved in this provoke, disturb, yell at anyone.
I have witnessed students getting up close to the residents vehicles and property many times.Never did I see that resident say or do anything to any of those students.
Bluffton police..do your job.And I agree with Jim Herr as far as the student not being worthy of a degree from Bluffton Uni.

I too have witnissed all of what incognito stated. I personally reported these students behavior when I first moved into Bluffton, in the "Luke's to the University DRUNK path". The Bluffton PD did nothing to control this situation, and reports of these incidents could have easily been stopped by the Bluffton PD and the University with some simple patrols in this path from midnight to 2am. This is only a three block stretch, how hard could that be to have a patrol at this time? This should be paid for by the University, and all complaints should be directed to the Bluffton University. The Bluffton PD problem expands to the local elementary playground not being controlled. This has become a local hangout for out of control teenagers, and many appeared to be in their tweens way past midnight. Reports to the PD of vandals may get a patrol come talk to them, however no vandals are ever taken into custody.
The university has no problem giving lectures on how to get free money from the government to go to college for nearly free. It is time they pay back to the community by paying for their out of control drunksand uphold their campus rules and off campus violations to include expulsion for public drunkiness. That would prove they still are a university with Christian values.
