Because they don't have an I.D.? Why wouldn't anyone have an I.D.? It's just common sense.

Everyone wouldn't have an ID because many older African American individuals were born during a period when they didn't have the privilege of being born in a hospital or having someone who could fill out the necessary paper work to get a birth certificate.

They just uncovered rampant voter fraud in Illinois, this new law should eliminate some of that. that's why the balcks are whining, they have to play by the rules for a change.

Barbaric savages playing by the rules? Yeah, right.
They'll use their animal cunning to find a way around them like they always do. Then act surprised when caught, and blame 'the man' when sent to jail.
Same-O, same-o. Nothing ever changes. The barbaric savages will always fight having to be civilized and productive members of society.
