finally some news that doesnt' involve destroying local businesses, but rather building one. this shelter is a good idea and long overdue. hooray!

I'm not a dog owner, but running a dog kennel that supports unwanted strays is a brilliant idea.

People who own dogs will quite easily be able to help save stray dogs simply by putting their dog in the kennel when they go on vacation.

Although it's not really clear from the article why the Abbey was against it.
