I'd love to learn exactly what can be done to clean up and improve both the Brazos and the Trinity (in Dallas) in terms of water quality. What would the cost be? Texas rivers seem to be in terrible shape generally; and Texas does not compare favorably to other states in protecting the environment. This must change before we're past the point of no return. Any hope of educating the public? Thanks.
