Why, is it, praytell, that everytime an African American experiences the results of their poor perfornance, they yell RACISM! This professor was not good at his job. The administration felt that way, as did many students. But, rather than look in the mirror at why people felt he was not worth of a raise, he blames the fact that he is an African American. Well, unless African Americans are inferior, which I do not feel that they are, and unless they need to be held to a lower standard than everyone else, which I also do not feel they should be, then the fault lies directly on the shoulder of the professor and his perfornance!

what was the professors name? is he still at the university? this racist claim is ridiculous and in my opinion allows blacks to get anything they want and if they don't receive it they yell "you're racist." in my opinion, and from what i have read, college students that are black, hispanic, etc also are allowed into colleges with low college test scores and grade point averages just to meet a quota. it is 2011, not 1940 anymore. why are we still allowing blacks to get away with reverse racism instead of stepping up and not being worried about being labeled politically incorrect? in my opinion it should be the best scores and talent should be admitted to a school, not a black student with lower scores than a white student just because he is black.

Many white people will never voluntarily admit that they are racists, because racism is built deep below their subconscious skin and they simply do not feel it. At my school, numerous white professors are promoted with highly dubious accomplishments. Not a single minority faculty is given such favor, unless you are willing to engage in long years of fighting for equality. Minority faculty must be excellent beyond every doubt to be promoted. White faculty members, under comparison, need but one little spark somewhere in their dossier to be promoted.

Racism is not visible on the racists' faces or audible on their lips. Racism flows invisibly and unconsciously in their blood, whose manifestation is only discernible in important decisions and quotidian daily affairs.

Minorities can only hope to live with psychological peace when they have persuaded themselves that they are second-class citizens. White people will never understand the pervasive and subtle racism that we minorities experience in daily corporate life.

I have learned in my life time, that if you hate blacks there is nothing that any black person could do to change your feeling about them. the hate that some white American have is so deep it is all the way to the bones. I will tell you that almost every march for civil rights for blacks that I as a 8 year old kid had there were many white Americans who march with the Black American but those white Americans were not from the south. Blacks in America must learn the some white still feel or beleive deep inside that they are superior to any black ,and alone with that anything that is associated with that they should always get the best of everything availiable. wheather it is homes that a black person that maybe better than theirs or any thing else. There is only one solution to this problem. That is to raise your children in a enviroment that represent people from every part of this world.
