I kind of like I can get my name in USA Today if I just make stuff up and get a reporter to write about it.

Yes it is possible to go c+1, life and the craft must have shields against the huge kinetic energy involved. Its' not that difficult. Personally I would like to see one in every garage. Realistically, for as long as possible, the device must not be disclosed, barbarism is the middle initial of a lot of homo sapiens, not all but enough to make trouble for the rest.

Hell, I hate those who are so in denial, if it was up to those people we would probably never discover anything.

I believe if we found such siginificant discoveries that we did in last 50 years about physics and all, we are going to find 100 times more and bigger discoveries in next 100year. I am convineced that FTL is possible.

And so are many other things that are now unimaginable right now.

Probably in our life time we will be shocked by breakthroughs we make, and not that we will TFTL that's definatley we won't but lets say if we survive next 500 years just imagine what we will have.Well I think we can't even predict with 0.001% of accuracy what technology we will have.
