So a decent Irishman with good moral values is traded for another ref -- one of the good old boys, in the Cuban ref sense of the word.

I'm Cuban and I see that Miami has way too much preference for Cubans in office. The mayor just made us look bad again. What are the percentages of Cubans putting Cubans in office? Does anyone have any figures? Manny was fair.... This is so pathetic. I would love to see the pie-chart comparisons in relation to other cities. The new mayor will be a joke to the rest of the country.
