Sounds like an easy decision to me. Only question I have is, why in the hell are teaching in the first place if they can't speak English?

Simple solution.

Arizona should make English their official legal language.

All government meetings, court, schools, ect. would be mandated as English only. The state would no longer be forced to pay for Interpreters or ESL.

AMEN to that!

There are some teachers here in Central Florida that can barely speak English too. It's disgusting and the children suffer. In some cases the children are of illegals and they don't speak English well so you have a teacher speaking spanish or Spanglish to them while the other elementary school kids are thinking W-T-F it that!
