Full story: KXTV

The handwriting is on the wall folks. Information on the actual costs and how it robs America of her life's blood prosperity is finally getting around. They should do more than write down their final wishes - they should self-deport NOW.

Silvia Hernandez, 24, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, is five months pregnant. She is preparing documents to ensure that her partner, a legal U.S. resident, gets custody of her baby if she is deported, not the state foster care system. "I don't want my baby to go into the system," says Hernandez, a University of Texas at Arlington student.

If we deport this pig before she has time to drop her anchor baby then the kid will be a MEXICAN citizen...and her partner who is only a "legal U.S. resident" should have their status revoked for aiding and abetting an ILLGAL. If the partner chose to associate with someone who breaks our immigration laws then they probably would not make a good citizen

It's amazing to me that these people are here illegally breaking the law but expect to be treated like victims and compensated. Only in America! They are not the victims, we are the victims for what they have perpetrated on us for years and the taxes they have cost us. I also think illegals who drag their children here to make them live in proverty, humiliation, and alienation from their own country should be prosecuted for child abuse and negligence. And they use them as escape goats. There is no level to what they will do to get to stay here, having their cake and eating it too. They also want, as if they had rights, their "assets" they have acquired "illegally" safeguarded. I would be jailed and my ill got assets would be confescated. Are they for real!

ATTN all pro-illegals:

If even illegals know they've broken the law and have to have these contingent plans, the "They're just here to work" excuse is trumped by the illegals' own tacit admission that they shouldn't be here working without permission.

Get real. CIR -- a.k.a. AMNESTY -- IS DEAD. It's never gonna happen anymore. Even Rep. Luis Gutierrez (US House Poster Boy for Amnesty) has admitted today that expectations should be lowered. He doesn't see any support for it anywhere.

Too bad, so sad. Go find another cause to work for. This one ain't working.

The legal US resident partner is a 47 year old ex school principal. This principal was fired from the school district for her affair with this illegal. The older one has unfortunately now been rehired in another district. They live in Ft Worth. The illegal drives around with no valid driver's license. It's a very sick sort of relationship. Yes, Hernandez should be deported immediately and her "anchor baby" should be born where it belongs...in Mexico.

The 25 year old Hernandez is a masculine dyke who is obviously having a fraudulent baby. The 47 year old has provided a place to live, a vehicle, and other things for this illegal. There is some major mental illness with the older one. They both belong in Mexico. I agree that the older crazy one should have to forfeit her US citizenship. Sickening.

The fact that the illegal gave her name and location just proves she's dumb as dirt.

The old one is employed by Mansfield ISD in Tarrant County, Texas. They are unaware of the illegal and the anchor baby. This person is a disgrace to any school district in the US. They should both leave the US and go to Mexico. It's only a matter of time before those unaware become aware.
