Racism shadows property covenants
Language that once prohibited property ownership based on race remains in hundreds - if not thousands - of homeowner covenants, even though such restrictions have been illegal since 1968, because of the difficult process to remove it, historians and other experts say.

Most of those covenants have been challenged, and overturned.

don't care if it pisses off the so-called minority, the blacks can do as they please and that is mostly whine about the past and how they were slaves. BOO FREAKIN HOO. I'm not the one who enslaved them so they can cry that river to someone else. I have only met and know one guy that I will acknowledge as a black man and I have known many, as us white boys know most of them are non-working, lazy ass, welfare dependent, ghetto losers.
