Last week, N.C. Attorney General Roy Cooper filed to appeal the increase in Duke Energy utility rates approved by the state Utilities Commission earlier this year.
"Rate hike won't affect Blue Ridge Electric in short term, officials say" yeah, but it will, and they will bend us over and screw us all like they always do.
