I think this is very good thing. The students should show more respect to the people that live in the area and have had to endure destruction of property,loud parties and drunken fights. The boone police department do all they can but there are only so many officers on party nights to respond to the thousands of students in boone. Enjoy yourself but do not do make others lives miserable because of it.

animal noises? seriously? seems like that would apply more to the residents who have pets than college kids in a dorm. stupid move by the town of boone, when they could have better utilized their time doing something constructive.
