State unemployment rates decreases in past year North Carolina gained 13,900 non-farm jobs in March, while the state's unemployment rate decreased to 9.7 percent, according to a report from the Employment Security Commission of North Carolina.

NC Gov Bev Perdue needs help. How can she go out and see how bad it is for families and still take away benefits from people. It will only hurt her in the long run. Sad.
