he has always done the"mans"bidding whether legal or other wise ,,,,even found it is ok to lie under oathy....(perjury for us common folk) his bossup in lubbock believesin a new constitution ,,,because he believes eminate domain...meanss T T can take what they want and tear down what theywant when they want to...so far RALLO is right....the city fathers are quaking in there bootsa and givingit to them/him
