Man runs to support wounded warriors
A man is running across Alaska to raise money for the Wounded Warriors Project. Matt Montavon, who graduated in December from Alaska Pacific University, says he is getting close to his fundraising goal of $10,000. Montavon had already run 500 miles, through the Arctic and over the Brooks Range, when he trotted into Fairbanks on Thursday afternoon.
