It will be a big blow to India that the next Australian Labour government has vowed to stop selling uranium to India for fear of generating an arm race between India and Pakistan while India has not signed the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty. We do not want any arm race in our neighbourhood!

Why is there no copy of the 123 Agreement with China to be found on the internet? Does anyone know where to find it?
