The Chinese language does not have a word for "innovation".

But they do have a word for "theft" - but they rarely use that word.

China stealing isn't a big surprise these days. If they came with their own ideas it would be a bigger surprise.

When America was developing into the country it is today, it copied scores of European things, from ships to little bitty pens. It had few relationships with Europe, so it had little to no ratified trade treaties with many nations or was so far away from Europe it couldn't be checked on thus simply copied. How many "genius" inventions are actually European or Asian and not American?

Tons.

Now America a few hundred years later is walking around like the tough peacock pretending to be on the level but in actuality is trying to force other less developed countries to stay into the Dark Ages.

Want to prevent China from modernizing? Fine, first butt out of China's internal affairs and that includes it's monetary policy. Let China continue to have a low monetary unit without interfering. You do things in your country the way you seem fit, and China will do the same in it's own country.

China does not need lectures on how to deal with it's economy, least of all America.

Keep borrowing money from China while you still can, one day China will turn off the taps to all the beggars.

Try to fund your mighty army then.

that's because america is a melting pot which means that people come all over the place bring different ideas, customs, religion, and ect. with them. at that time most of the people wanted to go to america for the freedoms we have and if that wasn't an option we wouldn't have the cars, the bottles, the planes, the sky scrapers, and the computers we have today. what did you expect most of the Cocasians are from Europe and expanded to the US. were you expecting any Afericans, Native Americans, or Hispanics to come up with anything. if I recalled Afericans were also on the old world too and most of the Native Americans and Hispanics were reling on the ancient ways.

the same thing happens with the other countries. why blame us when there's enough blame for all the other countries on the entire earth.

if you mean copying with out permission from a another's work then no. if you were modenizing, you would have added the copyright laws that state that "you would be fined if you copy another's work without the permission of the creator of the specific thing your copying."

your giving a lecture, so why can't I?

I think they already did when they demoted the US of it's AAA rating to an AA rating.
