I wonder if they will get a 3 month stay in a country club prison & keep the money the killings made them-then pardoned after an election & lobbyist bribe-that always works in the States.

Now probably you can understand why China has always applied strict laws and severe punishment to keep the country in law and order.
It happens from the ancient time.
That is the Chinese way and suitable for China.
This incident of tainted milk came from greed of some people and the lax of control from the government.

Likely that the people who actually did it will take a bullet.

China for years has scratched it's way up the economic ladder of success and in time it will be very established.

The more it becomes Westernized the more greed will happen. The incident was from the lack of health laws and the lack of listening to early reports and not quickly responding.

Now that over 12,000 deaths have occurred it is time to act, a bit late by My standards. This has everything to do with responsibility not excuses

I tend not to blame the chinese people but more to blame the government for not acting responsible in the matter.

Im sure the people of China want things just as we all do
